Responsibilities
Learn and support our YOU FIRST culture and core values
Put supervisory skills to work, ensuring daily operations run according to plan and with high standards
Ensure recipes are followed and food quality is maintained
Know the restaurant sales and traffic goals – and work to exceed them
Coach and observe the Five Steps of Service being implemented at every table
Understand the background story of our 10 Commitments and put them into action
Respond urgently to customer and employee concerns
Communicate and take immediate ownership of repair and maintenance issues
Be certified in food safety – and identify and coach staff in all areas of safe food handling
Continuously scout for and interview candidates to join our team
Keep company assets secure, including computers, POS, security systems, and equipment
Understand the key responsibilities of every position in the restaurant
Put an immediate stop to any inappropriate behavior and investigate as needed
Train, coach, and develop team members daily
Recognize performance that goes above and beyond
Account for all daily revenues and deposits
Complete admin duties and submit required paperwork on time
