Cash Based Physical Therapist (Outpatient)

Physical Therapist
to join our client’s outpatient practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who values one-on-one patient care, flexible scheduling, and professional growth through continuing education and hands-on learning.
Responsibilities Provide
1:1 patient treatments (60 minutes each) . Perform comprehensive evaluations and create individualized care plans. Utilize
IntakeQ EMR
for simple documentation (no “insurance language” required). Manage a varied caseload with opportunities to grow patient consistency. Contribute to clinic initiatives including social media content and patient education videos. Participate in internal trainings and continuing education.
Preferred Qualifications Doctorate (DPT) or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. MA State licensure (or eligibility to obtain). Strong communication and patient engagement skills. Flexibility to work a mix of mornings and evenings (weekends optional if interested).
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$69k Commission:
Productivity Bonus/Commission: Eligible to receive by seeing 15 patients/week Estimated Total Compensation
(based on weekly productivity): $100k-130k+ (ex: ~26 pts/week would equate to an estimated $100k annually; ~30+ pts/week would equate to $120-130k annually) CEU Reimbursement:
$500/year Internal Training/Advanced Learning:
~$6k/year paid by company Flexible Schedule:
40-hour/week role, but PT presence in clinic all 40 hours is not required.
