AIRSIDE HVAC SALESPERSON AND PRODUCT CHAMPION
Airside HVAC Salesperson and Product Champion Job Summary The function of this position is to help meet established sales goals, support company growth objectives, and promote sales to grow market share. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The Airside HVAC Salesperson will be instrumental in driving sales and expanding market presence. This individual will collaborate with our Business Development, Outside Sales teams, and End Users to identify opportunities, develop relationships, and close deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HVAC systems and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude to support sales and business development teams in achieving goals. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Business Development and Outside Sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with engineers, contractors, end users, and other stakeholders. Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and provide tailored HVAC solutions. Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques. Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to provide informed recommendations. Provide technical support and guidance throughout the sales process. Deliver technical presentations and training sessions for clients and internal teams. Track and analyze sales data to generate insights and improve performance. Administrative Responsibilities Accurately prepare, document, and process orders promptly; ensure pre-lien information is collected for contractor-ordered materials. Proficient in Salesforce CRM. Education and Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field. Proven experience in HVAC sales, with strong knowledge of airside systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with CRM software like Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license.
