Full-Time Psychiatrist Needed at The Vines Hospital, Ocala, FL for their growing adult inpatient services Specializing in acute crisis stabilization, psychiatric care, and detox services, The Vines Hospital will serve adolescents, adults and senior adult patients struggling with addiction or mental health issues. Our programs boast a committed and expert multidisciplinary treatment team dedicated to providing the highest level of care. Position Highlights & Responsibilities: Competitive base salary with attractive bonus potential Comprehensive benefits package available Supportive leadership and a collaborative support staff environment Benefit from no state income tax and a lower cost of living Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule with a shared on-call rotation Requirements: Must be Board Eligible/Board Certified in General Psychiatry; a Geriatric Fellowship is preferred but not required Requires an active or obtainable Florida medical license Conduct admission evaluations, oversee daily patient care within the programs, lead treatment teams, and collaborate with administrative and clinical staff Comfortable seeing ages 12 and older for shared call Living in Ocala, FL: Ocala offers a unique blend of community-oriented lifestyle and easy access to city amenities, situated approximately one hour from Tampa and Orlando.
