Total Networks, Incorporated (TNI) is seeking an Intermediate Level Project Manager with strong project management skills, excellent communication, organization, and technical writing abilities. The role involves managing multiple projects and contributing to the development of the client's project management office.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a project consultant for technology-focused projects, including roles such as project manager, advisor, implementation specialist, or system specialist as requested by the client.
Collaborate with internal business owners, technical teams, and senior management throughout the project lifecycle to support system design, development, and implementation.
Facilitate clear understanding among all parties regarding business assumptions and strategic objectives.
Work with the client's staff to establish, revise, and maintain standards and procedures for system projects.
Promote best business practices and effective use of automation to enhance administrative systems and support continuous improvement.
Assist with business process redesign to leverage automation efficiencies.
Research, recommend, and document processes, procedures, and policies to meet FISMA standards.
Articulate program strategies and objectives and assess organizational impact.
Define and oversee dependent projects necessary to achieve overall program goals.
Execute, track, and report on project activities.
Requirements:
Minimum of six years’ experience in requirements planning and management across various SDLC methodologies such as DevOps, Agile, Lean, Iterative, or Waterfall.
Experience managing successful projects from initiation to completion, especially those involving software upgrades and policy development, with cross-group communication and deadline adherence.
Experience with business relationship mapping and dependency analysis.
Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in creating well-formatted project documents with proper grammar and logical flow.
Ability to foster an inclusive team environment and handle issues constructively.
Excellent interpersonal, planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
Core work hours are 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, 40 hours per week.
Position is based in the US; full COVID-19 vaccination is required.

Gather critical information from stakeholder meetings and produce reports.
Document business process reviews.
Develop and communicate process optimization strategies.
Conduct effective meetings and presentations.
