Full-time position (.75 – 1.0 FTE)
Provide patient care during the extended absence of Family Medicine clinic providers, such as:
Leave of Absence Maternity Leave Military Leave Sabbatical
Support site access needs after a Provider departure Deployed typically for 8-12+ week assignments 4-day work weeks (weekdays) Must be BE/BC and able to obtain a MN License. Ability to travel between St. Cloud and surrounding locations to see patients at various CentraCare clinics.
