Base pay range

$70.00/hr - $77.00/hr

Job Description

• Lead deployment, configuration, integration, and lifecycle management of OT security platforms (Nozomi Networks, Claroty, Armis, Dragos, Tenable.ot, or similar)
• Optimize OT security tools for network monitoring, asset visibility, threat detection, and incident response
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade OT security solutions to ensure high performance and reliability
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and manufacturing teams to align OT security tools with business needs, IIoT, and IT/OT convergence strategies
• Apply industry frameworks (Purdue Model, IEC 62443, SANS ICS Controls) to guide tool deployment and network segmentation
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, monitor security alerts, and support incident investigations using OT security platforms
• Document tool configurations, processes, and security procedures for compliance and audit readiness
• Mentor team members on effective use and management of OT security tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in OT/ICS security, industrial automation, or network security
• Strong hands‑on experience deploying and managing at least one OT security platform (Nozomi Networks, Claroty, Armis, Dragos, Tenable.ot, or similar)
• Knowledge of industrial protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC, Ethernet/IP) and IIoT technologies
• Experience with OT standards or frameworks for segmentation and security architectures (Purdue Model, SANS ICS Controls, IEC 62443, or similar)
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: GICSP, GRID, CISSP, CISA, or similar
• Vendor certifications for OT security platforms
• Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals)
• Scripting or automation experience (Python, PowerShell)
