Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a small animal hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii, hiring for a veterinarian to join their integrated general practice team. The hospital is located within a modern retail setting and provides full-service veterinary care alongside in-house grooming and pet retail services.
Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates seven days a week, typically from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with flexibility around scheduling. There are no after-hours or on-call requirements, and weekend shifts are shared among the team. The position can be tailored to suit a range of scheduling needs.
Role Description And Responsibilities
Responsibilities include wellness and preventative care, diagnostics, dentistry, and surgery. Veterinarians work closely with support staff to deliver a streamlined and client-focused experience. The role is open to both experienced doctors and new graduates, with mentorship and professional development supported.
Practice Details
The hospital is equipped with digital radiography, in-house lab capabilities, dental equipment, and a modern surgical suite. As part of a broader pet care facility, the clinic benefits from high client foot traffic and a diverse case mix, allowing for a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The veterinary team is composed of skilled technicians and doctors who work collaboratively to deliver efficient and compassionate care. The practice encourages mentorship and career growth in a supportive and team-oriented setting.
Candidate Requirements
Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA) Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
