Location:
Essex County Sheriff's Department in Lynn, MA, supporting Transitions and Reentry through a Community-Based Reentry Program (STAR) that utilizes assessments, group treatments, and partnerships with community services for justice-involved individuals. Schedule:
Monday - Friday, Full-time Pay rate:
$80,000 - $85,000 annually Benefits:

Oversee clinical and case management services at designated sites or programs Ensure services align with Spectrum's clinical philosophy and evidence-based practices Coordinate with management staff for smooth operations and quality service delivery Observe group facilitation and ensure performance standards are met Maintain current clinical skills, licensure, and certifications Collaborate to ensure continuous care within Spectrum's treatment modalities Provide orientation for new clinicians Ensure treatment planning, case reviews, and documentation adhere to protocols Develop staff training plans in coordination with management Assist with crisis management and emergencies Stay informed about emergency procedures and preparedness Qualifications:
Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor or Mental Health Counselor or equivalent license At least two years of supervisory experience in counseling (preferred) Minimum three years in behavioral health programs Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel (preferred) Ability to exercise independent judgment in problem-solving and emergencies
