Your Future Team The Clinical Director will join a passionate, skilled team comprising a Facilitator, Parent Partner, and Support Counselor. Together, they utilize creative problem-solving to support high-risk populations and provide intensive weekly home-based support to families.
Your Impact As a Clinical Director, you will work directly with staff delivering intensive home-based services. Your team will regularly meet with clients and families across your region, supporting them during vulnerable times. Our approach emphasizes building on family strengths, respecting their voices and choices, and helping them overcome challenges to strengthen family bonds and foster hope for the future.
Your Skills and Duties
Provide individual and group clinical supervision to staff providing direct services.
Ensure program compliance and quality assurance with funder, state, and agency standards.
Offer consultation and support for staff during after-hours crisis management via on-call services.
Education and Work Experience
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
At least two years of experience working with high-risk youth in community-based, social services, behavioral health, school-based, or residential settings.
Minimum of three years of prior clinical supervisory experience.
Licenses and Certifications
Licensed LMFT or LCSW with the Board of Behavioral Sciences for at least two years.
Meet clinical supervisor requirements set by the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
Certified to provide BBS-approved Clinical Supervision to MFT/ASW Interns.
Registered with the National Professional Index (NPI).
Meet all state employment conditions, including fingerprinting, child abuse index clearance, TB/health physical, valid CDL, and a clean driving record.
Comply with federal, state, and local regulations through periodic checks.
