As a Market and Product Expansion Manager in the Embedded Finance & Solutions organization, you are an integral part of the Concourse Product team whose work supports the successful release and adoption of new functionality on the platform. As the team lead, you support a team of three to align the offering with the right markets and support sales enablement to maximize growth.
Job responsibilities
Performs market research to understand the needs of various client segments and set the go-to-market strategy
Develops and maintains a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively develop sales- and client-facing messaging and collateral
Develops strong relationships with Sales Leadership to facilitate sales activation and set annual targets
Partners with Marketing to establish our message in market and ensure placement in the right channels to drive inbound leads
Analyzes internal and external data to identify new sales opportunities
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Product, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Strategy or Project Management
2+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports
Strong understanding of sales data, market trends, payments products, risk management, and controls and governance frameworks
Proven ability to comprehend and interpret market regulatory requirements to confirm and secure required market approvals and operational requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager
