About The Role This is a consultative and enabling role focused on supporting Sales leadership through strategic planning, project coordination, and process optimization. You’ll be the execution engine and consultative partner that helps Sales leadership turn strategy into reality—converting discussions into actionable plans and ensuring initiatives are executed effectively. By combining planning, coordination, and on‑floor discovery, you’ll uncover improvement opportunities, drive system adoption, and strengthen sales operations. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Enablement, RevOps, and BI teams to ensure initiatives land smoothly and sales representatives have the clarity, tools, and support they need to succeed. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in the United States.
Essential Responsibilities Strategic & Operational Planning + Enablement
Translate leadership discussions into clear plans, timelines, and decision logs.
Use data and field insights to inform and influence strategic plans for maximum impact.
Project Coordination
Manage milestones, RAID logs, and cross‑functional dependencies across sales initiatives.
Ensure timely execution and communication of key deliverables.
On‑Floor Discovery
Observe workflows, shadow representatives, and gather direct feedback to identify friction points and improvement opportunities.
Use findings to inform process adjustments and define system requirements.
Sales Process Optimization
Recommend and implement improvements across handoffs, pipeline hygiene, and rep workflows.
Partner with relevant stakeholders to align system processes with field needs.
System Enhancements & Change Management
Provide feedback and requirements for tools such as D365, Outreach, LeanData, Five9, and Seamless.AI.
Translate system or process changes into clear, actionable communications and collaborate with Enablement for training and rollout.
Reporting & Analytics (Secondary)
Partner with RevOps and BI teams to define reporting requirements.
Support ad‑hoc analysis as needed to inform leadership decisions.
Requirements Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
Strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.
Experience with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach or similar) preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
