Who You Are

You are a high performer with 3–5 years of experience with intellectual property matters, including patent and/or trade secret litigation.

You have an undergraduate degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics or physics (this is preferred).

You have strong academic credentials in law and undergraduate coursework.

You have a strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and an action‑oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility for client matters.

You also have outstanding research and analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and sound legal and business knowledge in working on a broad spectrum of cases and counseling clients with respect to ongoing matters.

You are admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing.

Salary ranges are provided below. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, health/welfare benefits, flexible time off, and paid holidays.

Salary ranges: Austin TX $260,000–$365,000; Los Angeles CA $260,000–$365,000; New York NY $260,000–$365,000; Palo Alto CA $260,000–$365,000; San Diego CA $260,000–$365,000; San Francisco CA $260,000–$365,000; Washington DC $260,000–$365,000.
