Qualifications

You are a high performer with 3–5 years of experience in intellectual property matters, including patent and/or trade secret litigation.

You have an undergraduate degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, or physics (preferred).

You have strong academic credentials in law and undergraduate coursework.

You have a strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and are action‑oriented and willing to take on increased levels of responsibility for client matters.

You have outstanding research and analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and sound legal and business knowledge in working on a broad spectrum of cases and counseling clients with respect to ongoing matters.

You are admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing.

The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience (including class year); and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.

Austin, TX annual salary range: $260,000 to $365,000

Los Angeles, CA annual salary range: $260,000 to $365,000

New York, NY annual salary range: $260,000 to $365,000

Palo Alto, CA annual salary range: $260,000 to $365,000

San Diego, CA annual salary range: $260,000 to $365,000

San Francisco, CA annual salary range: $260,000 to $365,000

Washington, DC annual salary range: $260,000 to $365,000
