Our IP Litigation Practice Group As a patent litigation powerhouse, we represent clients in their highest‑profile and most complex patent disputes in the tech, life sciences, and the consumer products industries. Qualifications
You are a high performer with 3–5 years of experience in intellectual property matters, including patent and/or trade secret litigation.
You have an undergraduate degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, or physics (preferred).
You have strong academic credentials in law and undergraduate coursework.
You have a strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and are action‑oriented and willing to take on increased levels of responsibility for client matters.
You have outstanding research and analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and sound legal and business knowledge in working on a broad spectrum of cases and counseling clients with respect to ongoing matters.
You are admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing.
