ARCO/Murray is seeking an

MEP Superintendent

to oversee all MEP activities on large‑scale data center projects. You’ll ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance while coordinating subcontractors and driving successful project delivery.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Oversee all MEP field operations for data center projects

Coordinate installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

Ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety standards

Manage subcontractor performance and resolve field issues

Monitor project schedule and report progress to project management team

Conduct inspections and quality checks for MEP systems

Collaborate with commissioning teams to ensure system functionality

Maintain accurate documentation of field activities and testing

Lead daily coordination meetings with trade partners

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to travel to project sites as needed

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

5‑10 years of experience in MEP supervision, with at least 3 years on data center projects

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

Experience with commissioning and integrated systems testing

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software

Excellent leadership and communication skills

OSHA certification and familiarity with safety protocols
