Physician Clinic Medical Director at Concentra.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care and lead by example to create an exceptional patient experience.
Lead healthcare management efforts to ensure day‑to‑day execution of the medical model, collaborating with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes.
Manage clinicians and support staff while complying with APC supervisory requirements.
Create a professional and collaborative work environment.
Work with leaders to identify and implement changes for continuous medical clinic improvement.
Maintain relationships with center clients and payers.
Collaborate with the medical clinic leadership team to manage clinical and support staffing levels.
Promote, cultivate, and exemplify Concentra values for all clinic colleagues.
Foster an environment of collaboration, professionalism, safety, quality care, continuous improvement, and recognition.
Show financial awareness and provide input to the clinic budget and key business metrics.
Qualifications
Active and unrestricted medical license.
Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for the state of jurisdiction (required prior to start date).
Eligible to participate in Medicare.
Board certification or eligibility in an ABMS or AOA‑recognized specialty preferred.
FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Eligible individuals may earn a base compensation rate ranging from $260,000 to $335,000, depending on experience, geography, and seniority.
