This clinic‑based position focuses on quality improvements and business growth while maintaining evidence‑based patient care.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, set an example, and create an exceptional patient experience.

Lead healthcare management to ensure day‑to‑day clinical execution, collaborating with therapists and specialists to drive optimal outcomes and case closure.

Manage clinicians and support staff, complying with APC supervisory requirements.

Create a professional and collaborative work environment.

Work with leaders to identify and implement changes for continuous clinic improvement.

Maintain relationships with center clients and payers.

Collaborate with medical clinic leadership to manage staffing levels.

Promote and embody Concentra values for all clinic colleagues.

Foster an environment of collaboration, professionalism, patient/colleague safety, quality care, continuous improvement, and recognition.

Provide financial insight and input to clinic budget and key business metrics.

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted medical license.

Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for state of jurisdiction (required prior to start date).

Eligibility to participate in Medicare.

Board Certification or Eligibility in an ABMS or AOA recognized specialty preferred.

FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
