Speech Therapist - SLP in a private school setting
Reach for the Stars Learning Center, a private school serving children with autism, is seeking an enthusiastic Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary program. The role involves delivering high‑quality speech and language therapy within an integrated ABA framework, collaborating with occupational, music, and behavioral teams to support student progress toward inclusive settings. Responsibilities
Provide one‑to‑one and group therapy sessions using AAC, PECS, oral sensory‑motor, and feeding strategies. Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with applied behavior analysis principles. Collaborate with teachers and therapists across disciplines to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities. Collect and analyze data, prepare progress reports, and adjust interventions accordingly. Participate in professional development and supervise trainee staff as needed. Qualifications
Experience with AAC, PECS, oral sensory‑motor, and/or feeding is preferred. CCC‑Certified SLP preferred; strong CFY candidates considered. Knowledge of ABA, behavioral strategies, play therapy, and autism treatment is a plus. Salary & Benefits
