A healthcare network in New York City is looking to fill an immediate need at one of its Educational Services in Manhattan with the addition of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).

Flexible (8hrs per day) Patient Population:
Pediatrics/Young Adults - IDD/DD
Responsibilities: Provide speech, language, feeding, and AAC therapy per IEP goals. Develop and implement therapeutic interventions and feeding plans. Assess, document, and monitor progress; complete evaluations and update goals. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and medical professionals. Support AAC device documentation and authorizations. Perform related duties as assigned. Requirements: NYSED license as Speech-Language Pathologist. TSHH or TSSLD certification. Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills; MS Office proficiency. Preferred: ASHA CCC-SLP certification. Experience with AAC, oral motor, feeding/swallowing, speech motor disorders, PROMPT, and working with students with complex needs.
