Sr. Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer – Costa Mesa, CA
We are currently seeking a Sr. Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer to join our team in Costa Mesa, CA. You will help solve complex business issues from strategy to execution and collaborate with teams twice a month in the local area.
What You’ll Need
Strong experience with the Guidewire Insurance Suite, specifically ClaimCenter
Expertise in GOSU or Java programming
Ability to assess, architect, and design new ClaimCenter integrations
Proven experience in Agile development, version control, and release management tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts in plain language
Experience with ClaimCenter version upgrades, automated testing (GUnit, Selenium, etc.), and Guidewire certifications (preferred)
What You’ll Do
Provide technical leadership on insurance claims system projects
Design, code, test, debug, and document ClaimCenter programs and integrations
Collaborate with IT management, project teams, and stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions
Act as an internal mentor and consultant on technical matters
Contribute as a key technical expert on emerging technologies for internet/intranet/internal applications
Develop cost‑effective, scalable applications that meet customer and business needs
Compensation Starting pay range: $129,400.00 – $172,000.00 per year. Full‑time employees are eligible to participate in the incentive program based on performance.
