Scope We are seeking a skilled Guidewire Integration Developer to design, build, and maintain integrations for Guidewire ClaimCenter and deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of Property and Casualty insurance operations. This position offers a remote work arrangement, allowing the ideal candidate to work from their preferred location.
Duties
Develop and maintain integrations with internal systems and third‑party vendors using Guidewire APIs, GX Models, SOAP/REST services, messaging queues, and batch processes
Leverage Guidewire Cloud integration patterns like Integration Gateway and app events
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver robust, reusable integration solutions
Ensure integrations meet performance, security, and scalability best practices
Create comprehensive documentation, including integration design specifications, interface contracts, and deployment guides
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure high system availability
Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
Guidewire certification(s) (e.g., Guidewire Certified Developer) preferred
Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
3‑5 years Guidewire integration development experience
Strong skills in Java, GOSU, XML, JSON, SQL and web services
Experience with Guidewire Cloud and integration patterns
Familiarity with Git or similar version control systems; agile development experience is a plus
