We're seeking a Vice President of Engineering to lead our multidisciplinary MEP team and shape the future of mission‑critical design.

What You’ll Do

Set technical direction and lead a high‑performing MEP team

Ensure design quality that's code‑compliant, constructible, and future‑ready

Mentor engineering leaders and cultivate a high‑accountability culture

Partner with PMs and clients to deliver on time and with precision

Drive innovation across workflows, tools, and sustainable design practices

What You Bring

15+ years in MEP engineering; 8+ in technical leadership

Professional Engineer (PE) license required

Strong command of complex systems, design standards, and tools like Revit

A track record of growing teams and delivering at scale

Bonus: commissioning, sustainability, or digital ops experience
