We are seeking a Vice President of Engineering to lead and scale a multidisciplinary MEP team delivering mission‑critical infrastructure, including hyperscale data centers. This role provides hands‑on technical leadership, sets engineering standards, and drives high‑quality, future‑ready design execution across complex projects.
The Vice President of Engineering will mentor engineering leaders, ensure code‑compliant and constructible designs, and partner closely with project managers and clients to deliver projects with precision. The ideal candidate brings deep MEP expertise, strong leadership experience, and a proven ability to build high‑performing teams.
Key Qualifications
15+ years of MEP engineering experience, including 8+ years in technical leadership
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Expertise in complex systems, design standards, and Revit
Proven track record of team growth and large‑scale project delivery
Experience in commissioning, sustainability, or digital operations is a plus
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Salary: $250,000.00-$290,000.00 (Full‑time)
