Manager, HR – North America Operations
Join Kraft Heinz in a pivotal role as part of the People & Performance team, supporting the business with people talent and performance goals. This onsite position is based Tuesday-Thursday in our Chicago, IL World Headquarters (Aon Center).
Job Description This role will specifically support the following client groups:
Zone Engineering
Digital Manufacturing
Continuous Improvement / KHMS
Environmental Health & Safety (EHS)/Sustainability
You will act as a strategic HR business partner, leading initiatives in talent development, people strategies, change management, organizational efficiency, and driving a culture of ownership within the organization. Responsibilities include leading and supporting People projects and initiatives across the Central Operations organization.

Strategic Business Partnering
– Become a trusted advisor to leaders, spotting opportunities, closing capability gaps, and designing people-powered solutions.
Talent Strategies for Development & Growth
– Lead performance discussions, coach managers, and elevate development planning.
Smart Workforce Planning
– Ensure the right people are in the right roles with proactive guidance on movement, development, and succession planning.
Organizational Development/Transformation
– Lead transformation change, continuous improvement, technology, and standardization initiatives.
Culture Champion
– Ignite Kraft Heinz culture, lead major cultural accelerators, and uphold a fair merit-based performance environment.
Budget & Organizational Effectiveness
– Manage team budget, drive efficiencies, and facilitate organizational redesign decisions.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role supporting a client group, preferably with a technical focus.
Experience partnering within a shared services HR model and with COEs across all levels of a matrixed organization.
Experience partnering with client groups on transformation initiatives and/or change initiatives.

Experience influencing and aligning strategy around talent capability and behaviors.
Record of partnering at all levels to drive priorities and results.

Base salary range $102,100.00 – $127,600.00; eligible for performance-based bonus.
