— Best Buy 895 – Yuma, AZ 85365 Core Responsibilities Drive sell‑out of Samsung mobile products and services within a Best Buy retail store using conversational consulting sales techniques. Uncover customer needs and recommend Samsung products that fit those needs. Build confidence in Samsung products for both Best Buy employees and customers as a brand evangelist. Partner with Best Buy staff to support store initiatives and goals. Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals on a monthly basis. Provide excellent customer and client service to customers and Best Buy employees. Ensure retail brand standards are met through merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness. Complete display resets upon request and during new product launches. Complete daily reporting on sales performance and retail insights. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Six (6) months of sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Availability to work weekend, evening, and high‑demand retail holidays. Ability to maintain customer confidentiality. Benefits Competitive, weekly pay – $20.00 per hour based on location and experience. Paid quarterly bonus. Next‑day pay on‑demand with DailyPay.
