Lead Samsung Experience Consultant 2020 Companies is seeking a motivated Samsung Experience Consultant (SEC) to drive sales within a Best Buy retail store. The ideal candidate will excel in sales and consumer electronics, be well organized, a self‑starter, and have a passion for customer service and relationship building.

Overview Join an outsourced sales and marketing team that represents leading Consumer Electronics brands. As an SEC you will promote Samsung products, provide expert product knowledge, and help customers make informed purchasing decisions at Best Buy.

Demonstrate, sell, and promote Samsung products to customers in Best Buy

Provide the latest product information to assist customers in making purchase decisions

Build relationships with Best Buy associates and leadership through daily training, collaboration, and goal sharing

Key Responsibilities

Drive sell‑out of Samsung mobile products and services using conversational consulting sales techniques

Uncover and understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Samsung products

Build confidence in Samsung products and services for Best Buy employees and repeat customers as a brand evangelist

Build strong partnerships with Best Buy staff to support key initiatives and goals

Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals on a monthly basis

Provide excellent customer service to both customers and Best Buy employees

Maintain retail brand standards through merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness

Complete display resets during new product launches

Provide daily sales performance and retail insights reporting

Performance Measurements

Regular and prompt attendance

Daily accurate reporting

Meet or exceed established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals

Customer/client satisfaction metrics

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience preferred

Demonstrated knowledge of Samsung products and services

Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills

Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Availability to work weekends, evenings, and high‑demand retail holidays

Maintains customer confidentiality
