Position Overview: The HR Business Partner plays a key role in aligning HR practices with business goals, providing guidance on employee relations, organizational development, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a consultant to managers and employees on HR policies and best practices
Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and resolutions
Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Maintain HRIS data accuracy and leverage UKG for reporting and analytics
Partner with leadership to support talent planning and development
Qualifications:
Minimum 15 years of related HR experience
Effective employee relations experience
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's Degree Required
MUST have experience with UKG Software
MUST be available to travel 30%
