Tax Manager

to join our

Chicago, IL office . You will join our leadership team to help train, develop, and mentor our staff. The right candidate will be dynamic, entrepreneurial, and career-oriented. What you will do

Be part of our leadership team, train, and develop staff

Manage client work and relationships

Review and/or prepare federal and state corporate & partnership income tax returns

Review and/or prepare income tax provisions for corporate taxpayers under ASC 740

Assist with tax consulting and research, state and local, domestic and international matters common to our clients

What you need to bring

5‑7 years of experience preparing federal and state income tax returns

1‑2 years of income tax return review experience

CPA license preferred

CCH Axcess experience

ProSystem fx Engagement experience

Who we serve

Foreign‑owned US subsidiaries, typically from German‑speaking countries

Clients in many industries including manufacturing, distribution, technology & fashion

Pay Range in Chicago Metropolitan Area Base Pay Range:

$120,000–$180,000/yr
