This role involves counseling leading technology companies on complex privacy and cybersecurity issues, including incident response, regulatory compliance, and data-related aspects of corporate transactions. The ideal candidate will be eager to take on significant responsibility, support high-profile clients, and help shape the evolving legal landscape in cybersecurity. Recruitment is conducted on behalf of the firm.
