The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team in a pivotal role that supports the transition to our Clients and Industries operating model across both industry and function, extending from Global to Regions.

Part of the Clients & Industries global team, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Regions, valuing their insights and expertise to drive meaningful change.

The position reports to the Global Industry & Accounts Growth Leader and is a permanent role.

Your Key Responsibilities

Connect and collaborate across the Industry, acting as the glue to drive close connectivity and collaboration across functional teams.

Drive growth of Strategic and Premier Accounts, overseeing all large, strategically important opportunities to achieve exponential industry growth.

Shape the vision and ambition for the Industry; understand macro‑trends; orchestrate the strategic planning cycle to support prioritization and deployment of solutions, accounts and capital.

Inform firm‑wide investment decisions by aligning priorities with Regions and Service Lines, tracking ROI against committed investments, and formulating strategies to address shortfalls.

Co‑lead the Industry Board with the Global Industry Leader, ensuring disciplined board management and representation on the Editorial Board for sector insights alignment.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Navigate high levels of stakeholder complexity, ambiguity, conflict, and abstract concepts.

Identify innovative alternatives, dig into issues, and surface core pain points.

Create and drive a project plan, directing action with tact and diplomacy.

Drive a program of work from start to finish.

Shift seamlessly between abstract strategic discussions and operational detail.

Build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively across a matrix environment.

What We Look For

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

10+ years of relevant experience with EY or a global professional services firm.

Ability to work extended hours when required to meet client needs across time zones.

What We Offer You

Competitive compensation and benefits package: base salary range $190,000–$376,200 (US) with additional benefits such as medical and dental coverage, pension, 401(k), and paid time off.

Hybrid work model: 40–60% in‑person client engagement with flexible days.
