Key Responsibilities
Connect and collaborate: act as the glue driving connectivity across the industry, solving challenges and formulating strategies that drive growth.
Drive growth of Strategic and Premier Accounts: oversee large, strategically important opportunities and capital allocation across sectors.
Lead and drive execution: shape the industry vision with senior leaders and execute end‑to‑end planning, prioritization, and deployment.
Inform firm‑wide investments: bring a client lens to align priorities with Regions and service lines, tracking ROI and addressing shortfalls.
Orchestrate governance: co‑lead the Industry Board and represent the industry on the Editorial Board for sector insights alignment.
Skills & Attributes for Success
Manage stakeholder complexity, ambiguity, conflict, and abstract concepts.
Identify innovative alternatives and surface core pain points.
Create and drive a project plan, directing action with tact and diplomacy.
Drive a program of work from start to finish.
Switch between strategic discussions and operational detail.
Build trusted relationships across matrix dimensions.
What We Look For
Bachelor’s or equivalent degree.
10+ years of current experience with EY or a Global Professional Services firm.
Flexibility to work extended hours across time zones.
What We Offer You
Competitive base salary range: $190,000–$376,200 (US). Additional benefits include medical, dental, pension, 401(k), paid time off, and a flexible work model.
