A well-established investment fund managing over $100 billion in AUM is seeking a dynamic
Project Manager
who thrives on collaboration, structure, and execution excellence to lead complex, high-impact projects from concept to completion. This role has deep investment industry knowledge to allow for effective design, modeling, analysis, system implementation and testing. Pay Range: $130,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr Compensation:
Up to 175k base + 30% bonus Location:
Madison, WI (3 days/week for residents within 1 hour, 1 day/week otherwise) Visa sponsorship:

Align stakeholders across the organization, championing collaboration and accountability. Anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and keep projects on track through proactive communication and structured problem-solving. Lead cross-functional sessions to gather insights, drive alignment, and turn strategic goals into actionable outcomes. Maintain rigorous attention to project budgets, documentation, and reporting. Ensure project success through effective testing, user training, and continuous improvement. Keep leadership informed through transparent updates and performance metrics. 5+ years of project management experience
within investment management or financial services Proven success leading complex, enterprise-level initiatives across investment operations Strong understanding of
modern software implementation
practices and change management Comprehensive knowledge of
front-to-back investment operations , including systems, workflows, and data flows supporting investment processes Exposure to multiple
asset classes, security types, and investment strategies , with an ability to connect business and technology perspectives PMP or similar
project management certification
