Club Pilates, founded in 2007, is the nation’s largest Pilates franchise with locations in 33 states and 2 countries. We offer a variety of class formats for all levels and run a 500‑hour Teacher Training Program.

Base Pay Range: $15.00/hr – $16.00/hr (plus commissions).

Position The Fitness Sales Associate supports the Studio Manager in new membership sales. Responsibilities include giving studio tours, booking complimentary intro classes, closing membership sales, retaining current members, selling retail, presenting Teacher Training and Private Training sessions, and promoting overall club benefits.

Requirements

Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly disposition.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer service ability.

Passion for fitness, health and wellness.

Willingness to work weeknights, weekends and holidays.

Goal‑oriented with the ability to close memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training sales.

Computer proficiency and ability to learn the Club Ready software system.

Ability to stand or sit for up to 6–8 hours during the workday.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Perks Base hourly rate $15–$16 plus commission on memberships, retail, private training and teacher training. Potential to earn $150–$900 extra per month, with performance‑based bonuses. Additional benefits include free Pilates classes and opportunities for advancement to sales and management roles.

Responsibilities

Execute the sales process: lead generation, follow‑up, and closing.

Conduct facility tours, establishing relationships and identifying client needs.

Maintain personal sales production at an acceptable level.

Emphasize and enforce club fitness and wellness objectives.

Present available services to current or prospective members.

Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.

Participate in special events (e.g., community runs, club openings) to promote the club.

Develop and refine selling skills.

Perform other duties as assigned.
