Experienced Used Car Sales Manager . We are looking for a driven Sales Manager to support our sales staff and help build and represent our brand. We offer a competitive compensation plan based on experience and performance, including a base salary, commission, and bonuses, along with the security of working at an award-winning location and brand. Qualifications
Job Responsibilities Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and improve the sales process. Build rapport with customers to generate referrals and expand the customer network. Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing sales. Manage all aspects of the sales department. Purchase vehicles for inventory from auctions and off-lease returns. Complete trade appraisals. Manage desk deals, track gross logs, and handle RDR cars. Job Qualifications Prior sales leadership and dealership experience required. Ability to create and maintain customer relationships. Handle high volumes of business professionally. Strong computer skills (Internet, MS Outlook, Auto-Exchange, CRM, ADP, Netlook). Understanding of inventory control and 60-day turn policy. Manage desk deals for sales professionals and conduct T.O.s to maximize deal potential. Experience dealing with local and national vendors.
