Full-time Crown Corporate Office Toyota of Greenville , a subsidiary of Asbury Automotive Group, which is the 5 th largest automotive retailer in the country with over85 stores and over 29 brands, is currently looking for an Assistant Used Car Sales Manager! We are looking for a drivenAssistant Sales Manager to join us in supporting our sales staff, and assist us in building and representing the brand. We provide a highly competitive compensation plan that is based on experience and performance that includes a base, plus commission and bonus pay, along with the security of being a part of an award winning location and brand. Job Responsibilities Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process ** MUST be experienced in automotive internet sales** Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing sales Help manage all other aspects of the sales department Purchase vehicles for the inventory from auction and off-lease returns Complete trade appraisals Desk Deals, track gross logs, and RDR cars Job Qualifications Be Able to Create and Maintain Customer Relationships Handle high volume of business with professionalism Must understand inventory control – 60 day turn policy Desk deals for sales professionals and take T.O.’s to maximize deal potential Deal with local and national vendors Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Available 401K Retirement Flexible Medical Spending Accounts Supplemental Life Insurance Short Term and Long Term Disability Packages Promotions from Within Paid Training If you have experience in any of the following apply now!
