Role Overview As a member of the Experience Planning team, you will engage across all facets of our clients’ businesses—from marketing and revenue to retail partnerships. The ideal candidate embodies our culture: driven, curious, solution‑oriented, and eager to refresh antiquated planning structures.

Responsibilities

Build sound strategic frameworks that ladder up to client business goals.

Provide excellent client service by being responsive, accountable, and detail oriented.

Be the voice for creating great work.

Bring proactivity and leadership to the clients and the team.

Maintain communication and develop strategic partnerships with key partners—clients, partner agencies, peers, etc.

Manage planning process and resources.

Mentor and motivate direct reports to encourage professional development while providing daily supervision and guidance.

Set the tone and strategic direction of the team, focusing on growth and application of learnings.

Apply data‑centric thinking to every integrated client brief to outline creative and media requirements and objectives.

Own consumer insights and inspire tactical representations of strong, clear media strategies.

Identify opportunities for cross‑platform deals when appropriate.

Provide point‑of‑view on various media in the marketplace.

Understand and direct multiple user touch points that influence creative and messaging strategies.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in media planning.

Proven leadership ability and experience managing others, with a strong desire to grow and develop talent.

Strong team management, interpersonal communication, and collaboration skills.

High level of competency in account management and client service.

Thorough understanding of marketing communication channels (including digital).

Hands‑on media practitioner able to create and execute a full‑funnel, omnichannel approach to planning.

Firm understanding of audience‑first paid media strategies and the tools and inputs that support data‑driven recommendations.

Advanced knowledge of media fundamentals across all channels and ability to train and educate junior team members.

Comprehensive knowledge of media dynamics and how each element performs alone and together.

Strong skill using syndicated interactive research applications and ad‑serving tools.

Excellent presentation skills.

Proven analytical, strategic thinking and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $70,000—$125,000 USD. The role offers health, vision, and dental insurance, a 401(k), healthcare and dependent care flexible spending accounts, vacation and sick days, personal days, paid parental and medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.

Hybrid Work This role is hybrid: three days per week in the office and two days remote, with in‑office days discussed during interview and subject to adjustment over time.
