We are looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team at Jim Ellis Maserati in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities & Essential Duties
Serve as the primary communicator and liaison between the customer and technician, ensuring clear understanding of needs and recommendations.
Verify warranty and service contract coverage by reviewing records and explaining provisions and exclusions.
Develop accurate estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor, including customer payment calculations and deductibles.
Prepare repair orders with detailed symptom descriptions, problems, causes, and required repairs, obtaining approval signatures and entering data into the service database.
Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer after vehicle inspection.
Administer manufacturer warranties for qualifying repairs.
Confirm and offer resolutions to customer concerns.
Consult with customers on applicable service specials and keep them informed about completion times and costs.
Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Authorization to work in the United States.
Valid driver’s license.
Minimum age 18 to drive for the company.
Previous Service Advisor experience (preferred).
Experience with CDK (preferred).
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced work environment.
Basic mechanical understanding of a vehicle.
