OSS Architect/ Engineer

Qualifications
OSS knowledge across the domain - provisioning, FCAPS, Service Assurance, observability, Performance Management, BSS Integration Specific Tech knowledge in Netcracker OSS Solution Real experience in creating detailed solution designs - artifacts, blueprints, clarifying needs with product & business stakeholders, coordinating with development teams and 3rd party solution providers Looking for top notch Broadband OSS Solution Designers / Architects with experience in cutting edge broadband provisioning solutions as well as legacy environments t least 5 years' experience in broadband OSS solution design & architecture Expert knowledge of both the OSS space and in creation & facilitation of detailed solution designs including requisite artifacts Deep experience with OSS BSS solutions for tier 1 broadband carrier(s) providing services to residential and business customers Must have broadband fiber or DOCSIS experience not just mobile OSS Experience with Netcracker OSS solutions a big plus Solid communication skills - ability to create architecture diagrams, blueprints & roadmaps and present with confidence bility to effectively & concisely communicate complex ideas and architectures to all levels from BA's & developers to senior business & technical execs Experience integrating OSS solutions across the BB service delivery value chain & lifecycle Prefer previous experience with OSS solution development and evaluating COTS OSS solutions Responsibilities
Lead detailed design of broadband OSS features & solutions Define future state OSS Architecture as member of Enterprise architecture team Establish roadmaps to move technical environment & business toward end state Work with business & technical stakeholders to consult on creation of and ensure understanding of requirements Document & justify decisions with peers & leaders across the business Participate in and, when necessary, lead, vendor evaluation & selection Pivot to supporting OSS solution architecture for new features on legacy technology when required
