Position Summary Netcracker Technology is looking to hire a BSS Solution Architect with experience in the full life-cycle for Telco solutions. This role will be the SME representing Netcracker in front of our customers. This position may also involve solution delivery activities as well as Pre-Sales. Role And Responsibilities Define end-to-end architecture of the Netcracker customer solution. Ensure the solution architecture and development approach fit the budget and time constraints. Support opportunity qualification process with multiple Account Executives. Deliver technical presentations to prospective customers and partners, leveraging industry trends and Netcracker solutions. Prepare technical responses to RFPs and RFIs. Develop product demonstrations, including specifications, testing, and delivery. Lead high-quality architecture presentations and demonstrations. Demonstrate advanced Netcracker product concepts. Assist account teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Represent Netcracker as an industry SME. Travel to customer sites worldwide. Required Experience 5+ years experience working at a Telco or SI vendor with strong technical knowledge of BSS solutions. Knowledge in Channels, CRM, Order Entry/CPQ, Product Catalog, Customer Care, Order Management, Provisioning, Resource Management, Billing/Charging/Mediation/Collections for consumer and B2B products. Client stakeholder management experience. Experience in solution delivery for Telecom/Communications Service Providers in relevant domains. Excellent communication, strategic, and analytical skills. Ability to work in complex technical environments as part of a team. Professional interaction with customers at all levels. Strong understanding of the global telecommunications marketplace.
