Pediatric Acute Care Fellowship Program - Open Position in Washington D.C. The Children’s National Pediatric Acute Care Fellowship is a 1-year, accredited program for pediatricians or family medicine physicians who have completed their residency training at an ACGME-accredited institution. The program is affiliated with the Division of Emergency Medicine and offers training in procedural care, bedside ultrasound, research, advocacy, healthcare leadership, and quality improvement. Graduates are prepared to meet the evolving healthcare needs of children with acute illnesses. Our alumni work at prestigious academic hospitals and ambulatory sites. Qualifications: Completion of medical school in the U.S. or Canada. Completion of ACGME-accredited pediatric, med/peds, or family medicine residency prior to July 1, 2027. Board certified or eligible in pediatrics or family medicine. Successful completion of all three USMLE steps. Three letters of recommendation from training program or employer. Ability to obtain a District of Columbia unrestricted medical license prior to starting fellowship. Start date:
