SAP Application Management Specialist Devi ICT

What You’ll Be Doing:

Overseeing the day-to-day management of SAP applications, ensuring optimal performance and system reliability

Managing application incidents, service requests, and system issues, ensuring timely resolution

Collaborating with functional and technical teams to implement new functionalities and system enhancements

Monitoring system performance and carrying out regular health checks to identify areas for improvement

Providing support for SAP system upgrades, patches, and migrations

Offering expert-level application management and operational insights to clients

Developing and maintaining documentation for application management processes and procedures

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in SAP Application Management or similar roles

Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW, FICO, MM, SD, and other key modules

Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, and resolving complex SAP issues

Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, monitoring tools, and performance tuning

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

SAP certifications or relevant technical qualifications are a plus
