Program Overview: As a New Graduate Account Executive, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop the skills needed to succeed in technical sales and customer relationship management. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to support business development initiatives and provide solutions to customers in the semiconductor space.
Responsibilities
Support the identification of new business opportunities in test wafer services, foundry services, and communication products
Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
Learn to conduct outreach efforts including emails, calls, and follow‑ups
Help manage and update CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales activity
Partner with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to align customer needs with company offerings
Participate in customer meetings, product discussions, and industry events with senior team members
Support market research and analysis to help refine sales strategies
Contribute to the preparation of presentations, proposals, and sales documentation
Occasional travel may be required
Requirements
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, Physics, or a related field
Recent graduate or graduating soon
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced, technical environment
Self‑starter with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus
Interest in semiconductors, photonics, or technical sales is a bonus
