Program Overview Skorpios is excited to launch a
Rational Program for New Graduates
in
Process Development and Integration Engineering . This full-time program is designed to accelerate the growth of early-career engineers by providing hands-on experience in our state-of-the-art fab environment. We welcome recent graduates with
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D.
degrees in relevant engineering or science disciplines.
Program Highlights
Structured rotations through core areas of process development and integration
Mentorship from experienced engineers and technical leaders
Exposure to advanced semiconductor process modules and workflows
Real project ownership and contributions to next-gen photonics solutions
Technical training, professional development, and career path planning
Key Responsibilities
Assist in designing and optimizing semiconductor process flows for silicon photonics
Collaborate with module owners (etch, deposition, lithography, CMP, metrology) to ensure successful process integration
Analyze process and yield data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements
Contribute to process documentation, experiment planning, and technical reporting
Support cross-functional efforts in R&D, operations, and quality
Requirements
Recent graduates with a
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D.
in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or related fields
Passionate about semiconductor technology, photonics, and process innovation
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, JMP, Excel, MATLAB) and SPC/DOE concepts is a plus
