Implementation Specialist - Hybrid in NC
Be among the first 25 applicants The Client Implementations Specialist plays a critical role in leading client onboarding and implementation activities for systems, processes, and products, including participation in user acceptance testing (UAT). This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and positive client experience by driving successful implementation and delivering high-quality solutions. The Specialist will troubleshoot and support company products, services, and systems, manage implementation timelines, and serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure project success. Qualifications Required: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. At least 3 years of experience in client onboarding and integration. Minimum 3 years of experience providing testing support for internally developed applications. Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux distributed systems, IBM MQ, and Connect:Direct technologies. Strong understanding of XML for messaging and data interchange. Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organizational and documentation skills. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, including technical writing capabilities. Ability to effectively collaborate across all organizational levels. Familiarity with MS Office tools, including MS Project. Proven experience with UAT and/or systems implementation. Solid grasp of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies. Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end client onboarding and implementation processes, ensuring successful delivery and adoption. Develop certification and test plans aligned with business and technical requirements. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and ensure comprehensive testing coverage. Identify, log, and manage issues and defects, collaborating with technical teams to drive resolution. Test new software features and enhancements to ensure performance and compliance with client requirements. Maintain detailed records of test results, issue logs, and implementation metrics. Recommend and implement improvements to QA and testing processes for increased efficiency and reduced risk. Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle. Conduct system configurations, data migrations, and product customizations based on client needs. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet implementation milestones and deadlines. Monitor implementation progress and gather feedback to support continuous improvement. Required Skills: Ability to develop and manage onboarding and implementation project plans. Experience creating detailed test cases and supporting documentation aligned with requirements. Skilled in refining testing criteria and improving test reporting mechanisms. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence decisions, build consensus, and guide clients through technical and business processes.
