Akkodis is seeking a Client Implementation Specialist for a Contract position in Salem, NC (Hybrid). Pay Range: $30.00/hr - $32.00/hr, negotiable based on experience, education, and location. Position Summary: The Client Implementation Specialist will lead onboarding and implementation activities for client systems, processes, and products, including user acceptance testing (UAT). The role involves ensuring high client satisfaction through seamless onboarding, troubleshooting, and quality assurance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field + 5 years of experience At least 3 years of client onboarding and integration experience Minimum 3 years of testing support for internally developed applications Experience with Windows, Linux, IBM MQ, and connect direct technologies Understanding of XML messaging language Strong communication, organization, and detail-oriented skills Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project Experience in user acceptance testing and SDLC processes Knowledge & Skills: Developing onboarding and implementation project plans Creating test cases and documentation Enhancing testing criteria and reporting Building relationships and guiding clients through decision-making Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, and paid leave options, excluding client-recruited roles.
