Duties
Conduct comprehensive review of loan documents, financial records, demand letters, and all other conditions precedent to legal action Draft and review pleadings and correspondence for case initiation and litigation Attend court hearings and communicate with opposing counsel Update internal case management systems with documentation, findings, and strategic recommendations Ensure strict compliance with applicable state, federal, and local laws regarding foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client and court interactions Requirements
Strong organizational and analytical abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment Self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school Certifications
Active bar membership in the State of Ohio (required) Skills
