Job Description Contract Duration: 5 months Pay rate: $23/hr The primary responsibility is to prepare accurate legal documentation in accordance with Bank policies and procedures and facilitate loan closings directly with clients and vendors, including routine to complex transactions. The role involves working with various vendors to perform due diligence (property appraisal, flood and hazard insurance, title, etc.) to perfect the security interest in collateral pledged to the Bank as security for a loan or credit line. Key Metrics include: Monthly Productivity Quality/Accuracy Timeliness/Cycle Time Client Satisfaction Risk Management Qualifications Required Skills: Bachelor's Degree preferred Financial Acumen (preferably with business lending, legal, and risk) Strong Technical Skills – computer savvy, able to toggle across multiple systems Proficiency in Word and Excel Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills, with frequent interaction with Client Managers Additional Information If you are interested, please feel free to contact me: #J-18808-Ljbffr
