As an HR Generalist, you ll be a key player in daily HR operations, partnering across teams to support hiring, onboarding, training, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement. Responsibilities:
- Support full-cycle recruiting, proactively sourcing candidates and screening applicants.
- Drive an engaging onboarding process including I-9s, background checks, and compliance documentation.
- Assist in processing payroll and maintaining HRIS (ADP/Seila) for 130+ employees.
- Coordinate employee training programs and track development spend vs. budget.
- Maintain records and reports in compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Support employee relations, internal events, communications, and wellness initiatives.
- Monitor and support site-wide safety and EHS culture.
- Ensure accurate reporting and data analysis for HR KPIs and compliance.
- Continuously seek process improvements in HR procedures and documentation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred (or 3 additional years of experience in lieu of degree)
- At least 1 year of HR Generalist experience (preferably in aerospace, manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse environments)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; must be detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Ability to manage confidential information and work independently
- Professional HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) a plus
- Must be a U.S. Person under ITAR regulations
