How You’ll Contribute

Establish, implement, and uphold Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards throughout Siemens Energy operations in the Middle East.

Carry out regular site audits and hazard assessments, identifying potential risks and proposing effective corrective actions.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and foster a culture of zero incidents.

Lead and deliver safety awareness initiatives and training programs to boost EHS involvement at project locations.

Manage incident investigations and near-miss reporting, ensuring thorough documentation and appropriate corrective actions.

Evaluate and monitor contractor and supplier EHS practices to ensure alignment with Siemens Energy’s standards.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

A degree in Engineering or a Health & Safety diploma (minimum 3 years), along with relevant certifications such as NEBOSH and ISO auditing.

5+ years of hands-on EHS experience in the oil and gas sector, especially within shutdown or turnaround projects.

Solid understanding of both regional safety regulations and global standards like OSHA, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.

Demonstrated expertise in conducting safety inductions, risk assessments, and thorough incident analysis.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively deliver EHS messaging across various teams.

A proactive mindset focused on building a strong safety culture and driving continuous EHS improvement initiatives.
