Now we’re looking for a

Business Development Partner

to co-create and grow our presence in the Swiss market. This isn’t your typical "job" – it’s a real opportunity to build something of your own, with the support of a trusted partner and a strong, well‑established organization.

We’re looking for someone who:

Has a strong drive to act and the energy to build something from the ground up,

Has experience in B2B sales within the IT industry and a solid understanding of how this sector operates,

Thinks strategically but acts hands‑on – like an entrepreneur,

Has a strong network and a good understanding of the Swiss market,

Wants to build relationships, win clients and develop the market from scratch,

Is looking for true co‑ownership, not just a job,

Stays persistent and consistent – sees obstacles as a natural part of building something meaningful,

Speaks English fluently; knowledge of German, French or Italian is a strong plus.

Your responsibilities will include:

Co‑creating the market entry and growth strategy for Switzerland (including marketing and communication),

Developing the Swiss market – acquiring new clients, generating leads, and building strong relationships,

Attending events, conferences, and local initiatives,

Shaping tailored offers aligned with the needs of specific sectors in the Swiss market,

Collaborating closely with the owner of the capital group – sharing energy, vision, and mutual drive.
